Hi, Just booked an apartment at Mahaveer Laurel yesterday. Before booking we read a blogs about Mahaveer group & were in a dilemma after reading the blogs as there were many dissatisfied customers. So before booking we spoke to that RSPL executive & he did agree saying that the previous construction sites were not built well due to a few issues that they faced. He said that we could visit the construction site regularly to check on any progress. So hope everything goes well. Also another confirmation that I would like is about the fact that the executive told us that the completion date would be Jan 2014.Was it the same dates that you all got? Any further information that any of you receive and can share it here would be appreciated.

Hi All. I am Vishwanathan S and even I have booked a flat in Mahaveer Laurel. My email id is vishwa82@hotmail.com. As per my understanding the project will be completed by around March 2014 eventhough the builder claims it to be Jan 2014. I have applied for a loan with LIC HFL and last week I got a call saying all approvals for the builder from BBMP are done and the disbursement can be done immediately. Also, if your bank is requesting for a tripartite agreement (which LIC did), please double check once you get it from the builder. I saw that there were a few discrepancies in the agreement and got them corrected.
