Need information about Skyline Retreat project.
Q: Skyline has started the excavation work and stop. What is the reasons?

Skyline Exaltus - Project Approval status
Q: I had booked an apartment in this project in April-2012. I wanted to know if anyone had taken bank loan, if so from which bank. Also from one of forum, I got to know this project was named "Orange County" before five years, but the project was stopped due to some reasons ? Any information why the project was stopped earlier.

Dear mr. Shankar, The project orange county and exaltus are one and the same as you are aware exaltus has not been stopped simply because the work is due to start now. There were a few issues in using the brand name orange county due to objections from the resort in coorg hence the change. There is no problem in the project and we are hopefully to give the delivery within the committed time in the agreement. My comments to replies
I have also booked a flat in this project. They have sent me some approval documents, many of which pertain to the Orange County Project. Have asked them for more details and documents and I am yet to receive them

I have booked.
Dear sir ,I would like to clarify that all owners have been accommodated in the exaltus project via fresh allotment. There is no reason for the project to be shelved or cancelled on the contrary we are in process of finalizing the contractor and work is expected to also start.
