I have one apartment in Gulmohar and one my brother also has bought (not form SVP) the seller already have Registry. My question is after registry still the builder's asking some charges for transfer of name in Club Membership and electricty etc.
Hi Deepak, please take advice from a legal expert regarding this matter. As far as I know it mainly depends on what is mentioned in the documents exchanged. So it is better to show all the documents to a legal advisor and act accordingly.
