Can I convert my flat to clinic?
Q: I have a flat in Mumbai, we do not stay there but my daughter who has completed her MBBS and wants to open a clinic for practice. Can a residential flat be converted to clinic or it is better to buy a shop? Please advice.

If your daughter wants to open a clinic in the flat then she has to take permission from the management of the societies because in some society people do not allow to open independent clinic.
