Possession date for the project

I am a buyer of studio Flat in their tower F2. I bought the flat in January 2011 and I was told about the possession for November 2011. Then it became March 2012. then they said October 2012. And now it has gone to March 2013 and I do not believe their any commitment. All this thing happening when 60% of construction was ready in 2010 itself. Also no banker was sponsoring for Down payment plan and I was extremely misguided about all the info. I am a buyer of studio Flat in their tower F2. My comments to replies
Even I am also looking out for the possession date of the project.
Please don't trust on the possesion dates of other towers. Tower E was almost completed in 2010 December.

I am planning to buy a flat in same society. Is it safe from Land accusation front. How can we check the same.
My advice to you please don't buy flat in the same society. Builder Mr. Jain is told to known for delivery commitments which is not at all true. Posession is already delayed by two years. Also very less labour you can see on construction site. Work is dragging at very low pace.
