Planning to book a flat.
Q: Hi can anyone tell me whether Purva Windermere in pallikaranai/medavakkam is approved by state bank of india (SBI)? We are planning to book a flat.

Hi, Thanks for ur response. SBI has approved, i got to know from the sales rep of purva after raising the question here. haven't decided yet which flat to go for 2/3BHK? any specific reason for this question? have u booked any?
this project is going for a long time. but now only the first floor photos i could see. i am watching this project for a Quite sometime. Not sure whether to book or to wait and book.
