Q: I have booked a 2 BHK flat in GTM Forests and Hills in 2008. However, am not sure if they've even started the construction of the same. Builder is giving all kinds of flimsy excuses. Anyone out there who has got any news about construction of 2 BHK flats?

Latest Answer: If the builder delays the possession for long time then you can even demand for compensation.
