Can some one provide the feedback about SVS new project which is going by the name SVS PALMS .they have started new project with name SVS PALMS.I am interested in purchasing one apartment in it it wil will be grate full if someone can provide the feed back..on Their track record on quality of construction, quality of material, adherence to timelines, providing all necessary clearances for the apt such as A/B Katha, clean land records, experience dealing with them, etc. Please provide feedback on SVS Developers/constructions, Bangalore and their project SVS PALMS.Will like to know the price and the water supply in that area.
I have purchased a flat in SVS palms. Currently its in initial stage. they got morethan 40 bookings and work is progressing well. They have already submitted the documents for bank approval, will get in another 2 weeks. I have visited other project of SVS Ananda nilayam at Ramamoorthy nagar. quality is good and they are sticking to the time lines and also they give proper response to the customers. If anyone knows more about SVS, please share your feedback.

Hey guys, whats your take, is it a good investment considering the price, location and Builder or we should also look into other options though i am not seeing any other good property in nearby proximity.
Since they r increasing the price, I want to take a call ASAP..

While going for agrrement i am just consedering the location and price , we can't get property at this rate in close proximity to this area. And prices are going to increase irespective of the builder. Today i spoke to the LIC agent and even Visited LIC office Whitefield .. They assured that Laegal documents are cleared for this and original they will be submitting in 3 to 4 days. Right now the loans are approved by LIC based on Financials

Hi All,
Did anyone did the 20% payment and got the sales agreement done. The marketing person is asking us to pay the 20% since it is going to be 15days from our booking tomorrow, but we are worried to pay as SBI approval is not done.
yes today i also got a call for 20 % payment : @Srawya i also book the front side of SVS Palms .. so little worried : But today i enquired with the marketing person they said gap will be there and they will leave some open space by planting trees: srawya can u plz share ur email id

I have also purchased 3BHK flat in SVS Palms. The SBI bank approval is still pending, any idea when it will e completed?
I have contacted today LIC and got to know the currently the Loans are getting processed based on your Financials , as the document approval for this property is still pending

Did anyone paid 20% till now? I spoke to one marketing guy, he is little rude not at all caring for customer, for every question he is saying he will not commit anything whether it is gas, cement factory and the land in front of apartment for everything there is simply one answer he is giving if you wish to buy then buy otherwise not, no commitments will be given.
I am going ahead with the agrrement on sat. As LIC has already sanctioned the loan
