Q: What is the current price in amrapali zodiac 1100 sq.ft flat at 5th floor?

The price of the flat ranges from Rs 35lakhs to Rs 65.67lakhs.
Iam asking for 1100 sq ft area at 5 th floor and how it can vary so much in same project

Hi Mahaveer, A 1100sqft flat at 5th floor will be around Rs 39 lakhs.
is it basic price or all inclusive .

It is the basic price..
The completion date of the flat is june 2012. Are you getting compensation of Rs 10 per sq. ft which is as per agreement .
