Q: I have purchased a flat in Mantri park in 702, tansy building, Goregaon east, Mumbai in good faith. i was told that there will be 24 hours water supply & good maintenance. But i am now experiencing water for just 30-45 mins in a day. Also after paying the advance maintenance till sep'12 no service is rendered yet neither the seepage problem has been solved & the pending list for services requested is also pending.

Neha, I think OC for 7 storied is already there. Not sure about the towers. The water problem has sorted out. BMC water is now in & no shortage. Good improvement. This project is good no pollution, airy around. Nice professional people. If we come out from the seapage issue then its really worth purchasing.Neha, I think OC for 7 storied is already there.
