Q: Hi, has anyone booked a flat in F wing of orchid suburbia ... I was going through the brochure available on DB reality site ... The brochure shows plan upto wing E only ... also any idea by when the builder is expected to get the OC, and how long will it take for the builder to give possession once OC is available??

Latest Answer: For F wing it would take 6 months more.. If you are the owner or resident at Orchid Suburbia, you can join the owners group and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join click Join Owners Group.
