Hi,I purchased a flat in Bhanu symphony by seeing the locality and ventilation. However, now I realized that the builder is one worst fellow. He uses low quality material. Construction quality is very very bad, for eg: the walls are cross, most of the doors 4 different dimensions in 4 corners, slope in kitchen platform is in wrong direction instead of slope towards the sink etc. No body will be available for you to complain and no engineer is available for giving them proper measurements. Once you book and give complaints and put pressue, they will say "if you want you can drop and we will return the money". They do not have any respect to customers nor their own work. Even they take commission from the agents when we go for registration. Usually they charge 8 to 10k as bribe for registration. If it is bhanu symphony, they are charging 15k and they are saying the remaining 5K is for the builder. Only the location and ventilation is good in this project but this buggers have screwed the project. The main builder name is P venkateswara rao and the other builder name is Venkat Prasad. I advise not to book any flat in their projects even in future. They are escaping characters and money minded fellows. Hope this helps.
