Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment at ELITE Hormavu project. I am looking for 3 BHK house with area 1505 sq-feet there. In that design they showed that the super built-up area is 1505 sq-feet and it includes ventilation space also. Between two toilets, before windows of those houses there was some space for ventilation. They are including that area also in super built-up area. Since we are not going to use that ventilation space are they supposed to charge for that ventilation area (duct area) also? For the 3BHK house, cost is 50 lakhs without registration. The builder said if we pay black money cost can be reduced upto 1 lakh. Is it advisable to pay black money for getting any house? What would be pros and cons of that black money?
