Hi. I am also waiting for the possession. I heard the second phase of Purva Venezia is said to be completed by end of this year or by start of 2012. Please consult with the builders about the correct completion and possession date.

Need feed back on Puravankara Venezia
Q: Are there wateror other problems in Purvankara Venezia? We are planning to pick up a flat there but considering the theme we are not sure how the canals can be maintained. Also since there is construction ongoing we are not sure if water problems and electricity problems are there as BDC has not provided metro water so that they do not misuse it for construction purposes. We were not getting details on how good or reliable Purvankara Venezia is. Not sure if there are water problems or other such issues with the project. Can someone who is already staying there/ bought property there give some advice. If anyone living at Purvankara Venezia can give me some feed back it would be great.
