I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
They entertain booking and give documents only if you shell out the initial down payment . After payment if you find out that the documents are not proper, how will you get back the amount?

Hi everyone. How is the project Lotus for this builder. I was planning to book an apartment this week but read this thread and am little worried. Has anyone got the papers for verification? Is it true all are cancelling the booking?
