I am the process of buying a flat in confident Atik .
Q: I have just booked the flat by giving 1 Lac rupee & about to pay the remaining 20% . Kindly suggest if i should go for it or i should get my money back .

How many bedroom flat have you book and what is the price per sq ft. of a flat in Confident Atik?
it is 909 sq feet & i just want to know if this project is legally cleared?????
