Brigade Omega Review
Q: Hard Facts Brigade Omega, THURAHALLI, OFF KANAKAPURA ROAD - Following are the major disadvantages/problems which the developer has not revealed - 1) A huge open sewage drainage runs along the northern boundary of the project, which the builder is claiming as a dried up nala. Please visit and see before booking the apartment 2) The slope from Southern to Northern boundary is about 17 meters which is not suitable for apartment building

My comments to replies
Payment for Brigade omega is Time based and not based on the progress of the construction. You will have to sign post dated checks for this. Even if the construction stops and is delayed by a year or 2 you will still end up paying the entire amount....Most of the other developers accept progress based payments....
Brigade Omega Pre launch started 1 1/2 yrs back just wanted to know, when is the official launch, they have very good sales team, in my each visit they claim next month is the launch, and these goes for last 1yr now i think the launch goes on and on and on................................
