Need views on a few important factors
Q: Has anybody booked in Brentwood? There are quite a few factors - which I'm trying to get views from others. 1) there is a confusion whether the area falls under panchayat or bbmp 2) there is public garbage dumping place used by BBMP nearby 3) road is not constructed 4)payment terms - not based on development of the project rather flat 5% every 2 months. Have you checked on these points?

Hello Sudarson, I liked the project and was planning to book a flat there. Thanks for the information about the project, if I am buying any I will definitely check those points.
