Is that safe to buy
Q: I intend to buy an apartment in dolomite. How safe is it in terms of land/approval etc. Also, when the builder can finish, knowing the fact that there is already a quiet delay in completion.

Please do not buy from Kristal group. The dolomite project they started in 2008 is not yet complete.
