Can some one provide the feedback about SVS new project which is going by the name SVS PALMS .they have started new project with name SVS PALMS.I am interested in purchasing one apartment in it it wil will be grate full if someone can provide the feed back..on Their track record on quality of construction, quality of material, adherence to timelines, providing all necessary clearances for the apt such as A/B Katha, clean land records, experience dealing with them, etc. Please provide feedback on SVS Developers/constructions, Bangalore and their project SVS PALMS.Will like to know the price and the water supply in that area.

Hi - is SBI approval done ? any idea at what stage of approval its at ? the sales rep and the SBI agent tell its in the final stage from the last 3 weeks .. if anyone has applied for SBI loan , please let me know the contact person or your contact no....Appreciate your help.... Thanks
They are saying the approvals will come since Aug, I don't trust them.Sasidhar is not SBI employee he is just agent and whenever we ask he says the SBI approval will be done in a week, its been 3 months, no progress at all

First thing he is not a professional marketing person he said he is the relative of the owner and he talks very rude.I can't put my hard earned money in an apartment when my money is in such hands

I booked a flat 20 days back. I told them unless they give me a bank approving letter I would not do the agreement. They have not provided me anything yet. when I go and ask they say its under process. what should I do? will he give my money back now if I ask him to return the booking amount. he is just delaying things? Whether he would be able to deliver what he says or not?
