Mortgage loan for B khata property
Q: Ours is ancestor property as there is an objection that government should not give A khata we ended up taking B khata from BBMP. We are looking loan against the property. Is there any bank or financial services which helps me out in this will be appreciated.

Have you approached any bank regarding loan? If yes, what response did you get?
If I approach bank people, they are asking 40k income per month, but I am getting the salary of 13000 and wife also working she is getting 14000 is there any bank which will provide me a loam amount of 10 lac and our property value worth 40 lacs
