Hi, I too have booked a 3BHK (F-206) in Banyan Block. It is self-financed, so I do not have any idea whether SBI has approved, but I guess that even if they have not, they should do so in due course. Hi Santosh. An acquaintance of mine who is based in Bengaluru said that Brigade was now selling flats in 'Banyan' at Rs. 2990/- psf. Are you going to sell at a figure lower than that ?
