My comments to replies
I have booked 2bhk here.all above things happens down the time line and with that rise in rates.rainbow housing is good construction company and have many creditable projects in their account.pebble1 pebble2 etc
I have check PCMC Buiding Permission site where This project is approved which means land is officially owned by developer and it is a NA Land.
