All the item used for the apartment are low quality items does not qualify for minimum apartment standards. The builder does not have any kind of ethics. They are always thinks to cheat the people. In all the aspects like bed bugs. They won’t tell the so many things, while discussing. After paying the amount they add all the non sense things and give around 30 pages of document. The executed agreement will differ from sale deed also.The amount collecting for registration also too high, in that also management needs the share. There is lot difference between super build up area and carpet area. For ex 1550 super build up area we will get 1020 carpet area. Around 500 sqft extra cost we need bear.
