We have a double-storeyed house in Awas Vikas Colony, Rajaji Puram (near Karbala), Lucknow measuring 750+750 sq.ft. What is the current rate per sq.ft. in this area?
For new projects, the rate per sq ft is around Rs 3900.. For old houses it would be around Rs 2500 - Rs 3000. It may vary depending on other factors too.
