flats are complete but the ground floor work is yet to happen. Gym, Community hall etc is not yet done.

Have any of the buyers spoke to the builder about this long delay? Is builder providing any compensation for the delay?
So far I have not spoken to the builder about this but thinking of doing the same. can anybody suggest on this?

I am following up with the builder for several months now. But I am not giving a clear response explaining this delay with the CC. This is creating a problem with both my personal and financial plans. Any idea on what other Eden Exotica property Buyers are doing? Can the flats be sold back to the builder (or any other buyer) at a specific rate? Or are there other legal options? - Roy (Buyer of an Apartment)

Can anyone throw some light as why there is a delay in the possession?
Builder is stating that he is not getting completion certificate from the authorities so he is unable to give the possesion. Is there anyone from the same community?

Hi Yogesh, any idea if there are flats available for sale?
New flats are not available as per my knowledge. however resale flats would be there.
