Buy Amrutha Grandeur Apartment (behind Manyata Techpark)
Q: Hi, we are planning to purchase a 3 BHK apartment in Amrutha Grandeur in Rachenhalli (behind Manyata tech park). just wanted to know if this apartment comes under arkavathy layout dispute. If anyone knows, please let me know.

Dispute is between BDA and farmers , BDA has acquired land for arkavathy layout from farmers and allottees have still not received their plots. Is that a project by Amrutha Constructions? Is it newly launched? I haven't heard of this so please someone give updates..
Project is constructed by Amrutha Constructions and property owner is ATZ properties, its on completion just few flats are remaining, possession is by jan next year.
