Hi Avinash...which residential project of Parsvnath developers are you talking about..?? Is it Parsvnath Planet..?? What does builder say..?? Is there any land issue..??
Yes Parsavnath planet in Lucknow. I understand the land issue s resolved already with LDA.

If you are the owner or resident of apartment then you can join the owners group of the same and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join click Owners Group of Parsvnath Planet and get connected with other owners.
I really need to understand whether the owners should go to consumer court to get some decision in their favor as Parsavnath has not yet given the penalty amount and there should be some time limit for this penalty amount as three years are already over

Hi, In January 2016, The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has ordered Parsvnath Developers to pay a monthly penalty to buyers for delay in handing over flats in Parsvnath Planet, Gomtinagar, Lucknow. And builder will have to pay Rs 15000/month to complainants who had applied for flats up to 175 sq-mt, while those who went for bigger flats will get Rs 20000 every month, the commission ruled. Is builder not paying penalty for delay?
They have not paid any thing till date. whether any one has received this. I Understand that this rule is only for those who have gone to court. At least PDL says so.
