I have few queries about Parsvnath City
Q: 1.What is the water table of the project area? What is the source of water supply for the residents? 2.What is the amount of maintenance charge the builder has fixed and what are the services it is offering to the residents for that amount? If not fixed yet, what is likely to be the amount when fixed? 3. What is the situation about power supply in the area? 4. What about services like schools, markets, etc? How far are they from the project site? 5. Have some families moved in? Is there private construction activity on the project?

Hi Lalit, are you planning to book an apartment in Parsvnath City? I came to know that there is a north-facing 3bhk flat available for sale at 50 lakhs. Would you be interested in the property?
