1. First be prepared for many trip but pls do not pay the bribe. 2. Get the khata transfer to your name even it is B khata but get the khata transfer to your name from previous owner. Cost is Rs. 100/- 3. There is special cell for this in almost all BBMP. Pls write an application on white paper for name change and then attach all following doc. a) Khata in your name b) sale deed c) Last tax paid receipt d) EC if you have it. 3. Once name transfer is done in the BBMP office. Go to the tax collection office in your area and pay the tax. Pls keep audio video recording if you are talking to any official in BBMP office.
