I am planning to buy a 2BHK in Perfect 10 Balewadi. Pls. share your reviews on the same

Hi Neha, Perfect 10 is one of the good projects in Balewadi area and this location is the promising area for investment in the residential project.Balewadi is close to Baner and Hinjewadi, also surrounding the area of this project provides the daily shopping market and primary schools, play area etc.

Hi Neha, This project is launched 3 yrs back and the project is developing in phase manner. Almost 70% of phase 1 are complete and builder agree to deliver phase 1 in July 2016. I Don't think there is any 2BHK unit available in phase 1.
Thanks Vinay. Would you suggest any other better property in Balewadi area? My budget is around 75-80 Lacs.
