I am a naive for this approach.
Q: I had been to Urban Habitat Phase2 yesterday, and found 3-4 sites of 1500 sqft available. As per the agent they are charging 1000/sqft. Need to understand if thr's any issues/hassles anyone had faced for this project during agreement. How are they in terms of legal documents? Request your views/suggestions.Thanks,Binay.

Urban Habitat is a well established company with expertise having decades of relevant experience in real estate industry. The location seems to be good.

Rs 1000 per sqft seems to be little high in that area even I heard that there is no developement coming up in that area.
