Hi,
I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When I asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear.
They promised me 3950 per sq ft. Handover Dec 2013.
Can I believe their promises and go ahead to book flat in this project. Please give me ur comments. Also please suggest any other flats near n around Jeyachandran Nagar and Kovilambakkam area.

Hi, Vasavi Group had few issues earlier. But now it's all sorted out.. So I think you can invest in that project.
Hi Chinnapa. Thank you for your reply. I have a doubt. They mentioned the handover date as Dec 2013. I perceive it can extend for 3 more months. But when i see their Magilam project its delayed for a long time for EB issues. So i am worried about that . I am looking for a flat to occupy atmost by March 2014. So can i take their promise? Thanks in advance.
