I am interested to buy a plot here. But couple of things are slowing me down: 1. what i found that all the plots are in shape of parallelogram. How well would it suit for cosntruction - What would be the amount of setbacks that we need to leave for proper buliding approval. 2. Most of the plots are 28 Feet frontage.
