Q: What is the going rate for a semi furnished (ready to occupy) flat in HSR layout or Sarjapur road and Vysya bank colony near IIM For a 1040 sq feet flat in Vysya bank colony the rate quoted is Rs 52 lacs ? Is it correct. It is semi furnished and ready to occupy.
