Current construction status.
Q: What's the current progress of SMR Vinay Endeavour? Till which floor it is complete?

What was the payment schedule in your agreement for SMR Vinay Endeavour? Is it date wise or construction wise? What is the per sq ft rate you paid ? The reason I am asking about payment schedule is because the builder is asking me to put date wise payment schedule in the agreement. But then he will provide another letter mentioning that I need to pay only on the basis of construction. Did he do the same with you? Is it fine to trust the builder on this?
Can you please let us know for which floor you have booked at Rs. 3200 /sq ft. since he is quoting Rs. 3500 /sq ft.
