Buying house in SPL Housing Samathana Lakefront.
Q: Hello, I am about to buy a house in SPL Housing Project near Whitefield called Samethana Lake Front. I wanted some reviews about the builder. The quality of Construction, on time delivery. And any issues faced by you while dealing with them. Your response will be very useful to me in making my decision. Looking forward to your response. Thanks in advance.

Hi Chetan I have bougt a flat here
Please double check what the builder is promising to you before purchasing. They have given big commitments and have already backed out from several of them. Project seems to be going fine and may get over on time.
