Any Compensation for delay by Lodha?
Q: Has Lodha indicated how flat buyers will be compensated for delay in construction of building and handing over flats to the flat buyers. If no, what action plan is proposed by the buyers?

Hi Jayanth, You can form a group and talk with the builder that he have to compensate because he did not deliver the project on time.
Hi Shradha and Jayanth, I did try to discuss with Lodha Builder on this compensation part as the possession is delayed by them. but I got negative response stating that, it is beyond their control and could not provide compensation. I would like to know how to find a good legal help on such issues.
