Registration is done long back but they are not giving the possession
Q: Hi, I have bought a house in Galaxy Orchid Enclave. Registration is done long back and they are not giving the possession. Raghavan (guys who does the registration for the developers) keeps pushing a day every day. And now he has other cust to attend to as if we never paid. Once they get the money, then u can see their true colours. We dont know what to do now. Please suggest.

Hi Lipsmita, did you finally got the possession? How is you experience with this building? I have booked a flat in Orchid Woods, Hennur, and want to know about the builder before doing the agreement.
