Investment in Vasavi Majestica, Medavakkam Chennai
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When I asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear. They promised me 3950 per sq ft. Handover Dec 2013. Can I believe their promises and go ahead to book flat in this project. Please give me ur comments. Also please suggest any other flats near n around Jeyachandran Nagar and Kovilambakkam area. Hi, Vasavi Group had few issues earlier. But now it's all sorted out.. So I think you can invest in that project.
