I have 1BHK booked in Nov.2010..at VGN Platina
Q: I have 1BHK booked in Nov.2010, expecting it be delivered in another 6 months. A month back I have visited, work is in full swing. Expecting it to be a nice living space.

Have anyone taken possesion of the flat. I booked one flat and they are yet to handover ( I was supposed to get it done by July 2012 as per agreement including 3 months grace period).
