Q: I have been given a choice of whether to register the common area for my apartment at Opaline in Jade block. The footprint uds has already been registered. Please let me know whether it is beneficial to register. If the registration is not done, does it create any problems while selling the apartment later on ?

Q: I had booked an apt in Jade block. Olympia has sent a letter asking for the balance payment before handing over the apartment for fit out. I have asked for delay compensation. Please let me know if any other investors have done the same.
