I purchased flat in the month of March and got it registered , I like know Is LBT applicable on this transaction as my housing society is asking for 1% LBT for conveyance deed. Is LBT applicable for this
I have purchased flat in Mar-2012 and executed agreement to Sell, now want to get 'Deed of Apartment' done in Jun-13, will 1% LBT applicable ? Is any document / link clearly available which states this ? Regards, Deepak Patil, GQT Apartment

Update on dheeraj jade residences wagholi
Q: Does any one have idea about the current status of dheeraj jade residences wagholi? No update in their official website since Nov 2015.....website not working at all.....what's going on? Any one knows about when will they give possession of flats?

I do see he (Dheeraj Realty) is pathetic builder, no commitments obeyed only delay is the work that comes in mind when we talk about Jade residences. The 1st payment (booking payment) was made in Nov-11 and possession was confirmed by Dec-13, almost a delay of 3 years and still no deadline seen from Jade Residences end. Regards, L.
