Society is not registered yet
Q: I am chairman of the commonly formed society in Indraprastsha towers. the society is not registered yet (formed in Jan. 2012). we have been collecting maintenance charges per Sq.ft. some members are opposing this (the few who have bigger flats) Can there be a solution?

It's better to prepare a list of common areas and services, than quote a basic charges to all. For extra area if person wants he'll get it done on his own. If they want society to manage than quote them a standard rate for average sq. ft to those flat owners. It's better to prepare a list of common areas and services, than quote a basic charges to all.
