Any Compensation for delay by Lodha?
Q: Has Lodha indicated how flat buyers will be compensated for delay in construction of building and handing over flats to the flat buyers. If no, what action plan is proposed by the buyers?

Guys - Today i am going to meet with Lodha team, will keep posted about the issues on same. also please follow the group - casa royale residents @ thane on facebook. Would appreciate - if actual buyers can join the group, and let us keep posted every one on day to day updates.
