What is the present resale rate for a 2BHK apartment in Gurgaon?
Q: I want to buy 2 bhk, 1181 sq ft, in Gurgaon One project. If any one willing to sell, then let me know the resale rate.

The resale value of a flat in Gurgaon One will be around Rs 40 to Rs 45 lakhs.
