Heard that Karia developers facing environment clearance issue from the govt and hence project is on hold wrt stay order from govt. Is that true? as the possession date is been postponed to 2014 end now which was previously planned for 2013 Diwali. Construction is also on hold completely. I am one of the owner, really scared. it should doesn't turned out to be next "kumar kruti"

I don't know the legality of it, but the best part is it's not rejected yet ;) I remember I had chat with the builder, and they said "some rule needs to be changed for kesanand road, and all the builders on that road is facing same problem." I think the status reflects what builder was quoting.
