Anybody bought flats in M J infrastructure projects?
Q: Anybody bought flats in M J infrastructure 'Astyllen" or any other completed/ongoing projects? Please share how was the experience with this builder. How is rate quoted? Is it reputed builder and delivering its promise on time?

Need to know the normal charges for amenities in apartment
Q: What are the normal charges for amenities in Apartment, Car Parking, BWSSB and KPTCL? I am being charged as below, is it ok for 1278sq feet (with 80% carpet area, as claimed). Car Parking: 125,000/-, BWSSB: 80,000/-, KPTCL: 80,000/-, Amenities: 75,000/- (for one year)

Hi Neel, I think the charges differ for different projects.. which apartment have you booked? What is the project name?
Astyllen by MJ infrastructure builder. near Hosa road, close to Sarjapur Road. I know its different for different project, but there should be a reasonable amount for ex: BWSSB, there is no Kavery connection in that area..and God knows when it will come. But they are still charging 80K (read 60k as average BWSSB charges on website somewhere)? Any comment on this project or MJ infrastructure builder??
