Q: Hi, I have bought a fresh unit in Takshila Heights. Can anyone please let me know the future prospects of this project and the area? How much rate hike I can expect in next 3 years for this project?

Hii Vatsa, the BSP as of now is 3750 (company Rate), in resale you can get it somewhere 3600/Sq ft.
