This project doesn't have any permission.
Actually some time back I have planned to buy apartment in this project, I have done little research about it. These guys have permission only up to 5 floors. But they are selling up to 7th floor. They have not got the clearance from Hyderabad Begampet airport authority.

Krishna, why does it need clearance from Hyderabad Begumpet airport authority?
To construct the build near the airport it requires two permissions one from airport authority of india the other from local airport. Check the AAI website...

Hi guys, as per sources this project has got all the approvals.. I don't know who told Krishna that it is not approved.
Here are some agents from Lodha. Don't believe them. Before buying the property here check all the documents with your legal advisory.For phase 1 they are supposed to give possession in some time beginning of 2012 now they extended by one year i.e Mar 2013. Its all because they don't have permission

Hi, I heard that HDFC and SBI banks are giving loans it seems.. Without verifying banks won't offer loans I hope. -Sai
I have checked with SBI, they are giving loans only if you book the flat up to 5th floor. If you book the flat in 6th or 7th floor they are not releasing the money. You can check with SBI

Even ICICI is also giving loan to this.. No legal issue is there.
HDFC and ICICI are giving the loans. I am not sure why they are giving the loans with out proper permission. I think it needs to be informed to RBI. One practical example is at the time of buying the apartment check with the sales executive to arrange the loan with SBI, I am sure they will say no....
